This chapter describes how we deal with the data that we take from your visit to our website. If you leave us your email address or other information, e.g. on the occasion of an inquiry, we undertake not to pass on this information to third parties. If you receive emails from us, they always have a reference to your entry or are the result of your request.
When visiting a website, including ours, entries are made in the so -called log files, whereby information on your surfing behavior is registered (date of the visit, time, length of stay, called pages, etc.). But don't worry, you as a surfer still remain anonymous, because you can never grasp who sits in front of the computer. We use these information you leave exclusively for analyzing and improving our website and our offer. We are not responsible for the content of websites to which we link.
We use applications from IIE-Systems GmbH & Co. KG, Georgstr. 24, 49809 Lingen. Through these applications, patients can make appointments online via the website and use a digital consultation. We also use an appointment service for patient information and appointment management by email. Patient photos are also saved online.
For more information, see this link: https://www.iie-systems.de/service/datenschutz
You have the right to obtain information about the data stored by you, its origin and recipient and the purpose of storage at any time. Our data protection officer is available for this: Thomas Oeben (email: info [at] smile [punkt] nrw , subject: data protection).

Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a solution with which marketer website tags can manage via a surface. The TAG Manager tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie -free domain. The tool ensures the triggering of other tags, which in turn collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been carried out at the domain or cookie level, it remains for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager.
We may ask for permission to pass on some product data (e.g. your account information) to other Google products in order to activate certain functions, e.g. B. to simplify the addition of new conversion tracking tags for AdWords. From time to time, our developers also review information about product use to further optimize the product. However, we will never pass on data of this kind without your consent to other Google products.
For more information, see the usage guidelines for this product: https://www.google.com/intl/de/tagmanager/use-policy.html.
Google Ads and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google Ads. ADS is an online advertising program of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).
As part of Google Ads, we use the so-called conversion tracking. If you click on a display connected by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking will be set. Cookies are small text files that the Internet browser puts on the user's computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve the personal identification of the users. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and our company can see that the user clicked on the display and has been forwarded to this page.
Every Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked on the websites of ADS customers. The information obtained using the conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for ADS customers who have chosen conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were forwarded to a page with a conversion tracking day. However, you do not receive any information with which users can be identified personally. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by easily deactivating the cookie of Google Conversion tracking using your internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
The storage of “conversion cookies” and the use of this tracking tool are based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize both its website and its advertising.
More information about Google Ads and Google Conversion tracking can be found in Google's data protection regulations: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en
